What does my subscription account give me access to?
If you have subscribed to a Digital, Comprehensive, or Comprehensive Plus plan, you can access all content on urbanartsmag.com in all languages—including restricted articles and digital magazines—for the duration of your subscription.

How do I log in to my account?
Click the “Subscriber Area / My Account” menu.
A login page will appear. Enter your username (the username you chose or your email address) and your password.
You can also access the login page from an article with restricted content or from the Subscriber Area.

How do I access the digital magazines?
Once you’re logged in, click on the “Subscriber Area” menu or “Subscriber Area / My Account.”
You can view all the magazines by clicking on the cover of your choice.
By selecting a different language from the dropdown menu, you can also view the magazines available in that language.

How can I view the details of my subscription?
In your account area, accessible via the Subscriber Area / My Account menu, select the My Subscription option.
You’ll see all the relevant information, including the start date and expiration date.

How do I renew my subscription?
In the “My Subscription” window, you can click the “Automatic Renewal” button. If you prefer to renew manually, you will receive a reminder email one month before your subscription expires.

I have subscribed to an Intégral or Intégral Plus subscription and would like the print magazines to be shipped to an address other than my own.
When you signed up for the subscription, you had the option to enter a shipping address that is different from your billing address. If you would like to change this information, you can do so by selecting the “Addresses” option in the “My Account” window.
